The surgeon checks dorsal hump reduction against the guide to ensure that the nasal bridge matches the shape of your 3D simulated nose.
Re-alignment of the apparent nasal deviation according to the exact specifications of your 3D simulated nose.
Corrections of the tip of the nose with a minimal margin of error based on the patient's esthetic expectations.

What will my future nose look like? Will my face have a harmonious look? Has my surgeon understood all of my requests?
We understand that rhinoplasty can be a stressful surgical procedure, which is why we created Orthonose Surgery. Our nasal guide is designed to guide surgeons through their procedures, minimizing the risk of error and optimizing the final result.
Your face is scanned in 3D using a handheld scanner during the initial consultation with your doctor. We reshape your nose following your instructions. Once you’ve decided on your new look, we will start building your surgical guide.
Your surgeon uses your guide to fit your nose exactly to your expectations, taking the guess-work out of your rhinoplasty for a no-surprise result!

Orthonose is a French medtech company that designs 3D-printed, patient-specific surgical guides for rhinoplasty. From your pre-operative scan and the surgical plan agreed with your surgeon, we manufacture a custom guide that turns the planned result into a precise, measurable reference during surgery — so the outcome matches what was discussed with you.
Four steps. 1) Consultation: you meet with an Orthonose-trained surgeon and define the rhinoplasty result you want. 2) Imaging: a low-dose 3D facial scan captures your anatomy. 3) Planning: your surgeon validates a 3D simulation of the planned outcome, which you can review on our secure online platform. 4) Surgery: your custom Orthonose guide is 3D-printed and used during the operation as a real-time reference for the planned shape.
The Orthonose guide is an additional service added to a standard rhinoplasty procedure; pricing is set by your surgeon and varies by country and case complexity. As with any aesthetic rhinoplasty, the procedure and the guide are generally not reimbursed by public health insurance. For functional or reconstructive rhinoplasty, coverage rules depend on your country — your surgeon will tell you what applies to your specific case during the consultation.
